[DXBase] LOG WONT READ RADIO FIXED

Thanks all who have responded to the problem I had.

To cut a long one short, the answer was to increase the Pacing to 80,  =
from 50.

Now 2004 reads the 746 ok.

However in 2003 a pacing of 40 will work ok

Again thanks for the help.
