Hi Ian,
I do not have any problems with my Icom 775DSP. Please note that Dxbase
2004 allows you to control two radios from the application. Under
Tools/Options/User Options you will notice two radio tabs, Radio 1 and =
Radio
2.
Please make sure that your radio is connected to the correct port that =
the
radio control (1 or 2) you are using is set up for. Also under either =
Radio
1 or Radio 2 you should have the box 'Connect HF Radio 1 (or 2) Serial
Interface' checked.
Also, like in Dxbase 2003 make sure that you have the box 'Load =
Band/Mode
from HF Transceiver' under the tab Log Defaults checked.

Subject: [DXBase] LOG WONT READ RADIO
I tried to log a qso tonight, for the first time since installing 2004 =
3
weeks ago, however it will not read the info from the radio an IC746, it
populates the band with 12Ghz and the QRG with 1280754.42 !!, I thought =
the
check box in the logging set up was not ticked but it was any how the
defaults are set to 22Mhz.
I run 2003 and all was ok
2004 appears to operate radio ok but will not read band or mode =
information,
Any body had this problem??.
