[DXBase] no drop down list in log fields dxb2004

Jack, Courtney,=20
If I click in one of the logfields where I am supposed to see a drop =
downlist such as State or County, etc.  I don't get one. Is this an =
option one has to turn on? What am I overlooking?=20
