[DXBase] VP6DIA mapping

Hi,

With VP6DIA now active from Ducie Island, I'd like to create a permanent 
mapping of VP6D to Ducie. Presently it shows up as Pitcairn in spots and if 
I attempt to enter it into the log, despite my having entered Ducie 
manually in the Tools\Database Access\Country Prefixes as VP6D with the 
correct lat/long and zone info. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
