[DXBase] Problem with DXCC Totals

I get the same results in my copy of DXBase2003.

I recollect that this problem was aired some months back with respect to
DXbase2003. As I remember it the problem was said to be due to the
WINDOWS O/S and not due to something in DXBase itself.

It looks as if the problem remains unresolved.
