[DXBase] Annoucements

Hello..

Stopped get WAV file announcements for DX spots.  This function was working when I set up DXbase initially.  All of a sudden lately  no sound.  Sound card is working in other applications.  I checked setting in Tools, Options, User options and all seem to be set right.

Platform is Windows XP Pro. with a Dell 8250 with 512 mem, 2.6 Pent 4.

What have I overlooked, I am sure it is something simple?
