[DXBase] Pop-up Event Banner

The time bomb is Jack's birthday. :) :) :) Go to Tools, Options, Special Events
and you will see three entries which are just demo events. You can select each
line and delete them.
This is used to notify you of a Special Event such as your Wedding Anniversary,
but of course I know mine. :) :) :) :)
