[DXBase] Question about printing QSO form for DXCC

Hello to all:

I'm using DXbase 2003 and want to print out the QSO form for DXCC. 

1. I can see the form on my screen but cannot print it out. How can I print it out. I would like
to have a copy for my own reference.

2. The text says the ARRL no longer needs the QSO form. So I assume all I need to do is arrange my
QSL cards in the same order as on the screen and submit only the cards to a local card checker. Is
that right?

Your help would be appreciated.
