[DXBase] don't forget to try out LOTW

LoTW is still in beta testing stage.
Give it a try guys.
DXB makes it real easy to submit your log and record which qso's you
submitted.

Right now they only accepting logs back to '86 (I think that's it but don't
hold me to it).

I especially urge our non USA users to give it a try.
You don't have to be an ARRL member, and the beta testing is free.
