[DXBase] artifact in QSL Info window

Running DXB2003 and Buckmaster on the hard drive.

Occasionally when a Cluster spot arrives which does NOT have an entry in
Buckmaster;
a ',' will appear as the first character or the first line in the CDROM pane
of the QSLINFO window.

I also notice that if the address appears incomplete, maybe only a name with
out multiple lines of address, a ',' will appear such as this cd rom entry
for RU9CK

Firstname=Gene


Curious if RAC or QRZ also exhibit this.

It's not a problem, just something that piqued my curiosity.
