[DXBase] I found another use for filtering

AR-Cluster provides such an amazing array of filtering options it's hard for
me to imagine what could be added. But I have been surprised before. See
http://dxspots.com where you can access my cluster and go through a
bewildering array of filtering options in the form of drop down lists.
