[DXBase] Control characters in SSB Contests

Well, another case of answering one's own question...

In SSB Mode do a <Cntl P>
Select O then select 4 and program into it
<Cntl P><Cntl C>srs=rc;<Cntl P><Cntl D>

Clears RIT on the 870 when <Enter> is pressed after completing a QSO
