[DXBase] Suggestion for next DXbase version

Hi Jack:

In the next version of DXbase, could you please move the "Zoom DX" button to the bottom of the DX
Info window (just to the right of "DX Atlas") so that we could see the DX spots AND still use the
Zoom DX feature without having to click on the DX Atlas and thus cover up the DX spots.

What do you think , Jack???
