[DXBase] Restore backup mbd file

As part of backup/restore you should also remember 'refdata.mdb'.
I make it a practice to copy n5in.mdb and refdata.mdb to another machine
regularly, and it has saved me a heap of trouble!
I like the USB Drives to do this. I have a 128MB USB Drive, cost about
$75.00, which is more than adequate, but I store other valuable back up on
it as well. It's tiny, would fit on a key chain, although I just drop it in
my pocket.
