[DXBase] what is ~lbl file

Bill,
The ~lbl is a backup prior to last changes.
The .lbl holds your label project data for the design.
The .lbp holds a snapshot of your printer driver information. This is what
places things on your screen and printer by pixel definition.
The .lbv is a configuration file that ties all the other related files
together.
