Before buying a CT-17 try using one of those little adapters that lets you
plug 2 sets of headphones into one 1/8" socket
The CI-V interface should Dasychain ok as it is designed to allow this, the
CT-17 just parallels the sockets inside anyway
the only reason that using a Headphone adapter might not work is if your
interface does not have the ability to drive 2 devices due to impedance
issues but this is unlikely to be a problem with most designs.
