[DXBase] DXBase Won't create New Database

Hello everyone!

I was preparing for the North American QSO Party and wanted to create a =
separate database for it.  When I go to "File" and "New Database" it =
brings up a "Save Database" window.

It looks like it creates a new database with the one sample QSO, but =
just wanted to see if others saw this as well.
