[DXBase] Automatic dialling

Hi everybody,

could someone help me in the following situation.=20
When I open New Internet Cluster Window I can't be automatically =
connected to the internet getting instead the icon "Could not connect to =
the site!" followed by "Packet Comm Mgr initialization failed..." That =
may be because I upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP. In Win98 DXB =
automatically dialed modem and displayed Internet Cluster window.=20
What settings should be made to allow this automatic connection?
