[DXBase] HOST File Modification

I need to modify my HOST file since the Telnet changed IP address.  When I 
use my Note Pad text editor to change the IP address, the new address is not 
showing up under user options.  Restarting the computer had no effect.  When 
I go back and look at the HOST file it reflects the changes but they are not 
showing up under user options.  I am not doing something correct and would 
appreciate some assistance.
