[DXBase] DXBase errors messages

I had a power hit, since then I have been receiving the following error
messages:

Upon start-up of DXB, "Internal Application Error"
Also get "Not a Valid Bookmark" error
Some of the packet spots in the Internet packet window are not properly
formatted.

I removed DXB2003 using Windows add/remove programs, and reinstalled. Still
getting errors

I'm guessing this might be a error in a program in Win2k that DXB uses.

Any help is greatly appreciated
