[DXBase] Unable to connet to DX Clusters with cable modem

Since upgrading to a cable modem recently, can't seem to get DXBase to connect to any DX Clusters.
Is there something in TOOLS/OPTIONS that needs to be changed, I can't seem to find anything..
Any help appreciated.
