In the QSL Via column of the QSO Log, what is the difference between each of
the following:
Bureau
Direct
Direct$$
Manager
Other
None
Mgr-Buro
QSL-SVC
Mgr$$
I have some guesses, but I don't know what DXbase really does with each,
especially when it comes to printing cards and labels.
I've looked in the on-line manual, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't
define the functionality of each variable.
Coming from the LogWindows world, when I worked a DX station that was QSL
via DIRECT. I would go into the built-in QSL manager program and simply
enter DIRECT for the manager callsign and then enter the address. With the
DXbase manager mapping function, it doesn't appear that you can have a bunch
of manager's listed as DIRECT and all having different addresses. I don't
need an explanation on how to best use the built-in manager functions of
DXbase, but a pointer to the best place in on-line help would be
appreciated.
