[DXBase] Question Internet Alert filters

Hi to All:

I've been successfully using DXbase for several years but just recently had a computer crash. Now
I'm in the process of getting back to where I was before the crash.

I want to receive Internet cluster DX Alerts only for PHONE mode on 10,12,15,17 and 20 meters. So
I have the Individual Band/Mode filter set to PHONE and checks in 10, 12,15,17 and 20 boxes.

How do I set this up under User Options, Alerts. 

I think my problem is under the G;obal Catergory Filter choice. Which of these choices do I need
to check?
