[DXBase] LOTW submission

Ron,
I don't think you need to add that to you adif file. That is done when you
set your location. Isn't it?
I just looked at all of the files I uploaded. They all do not have the
County, CQ and ITU zones yet my QSOs do. Also my IOTA (Long Island), Grid,
and State are there.
