[DXBase] internet cluster window

It's been a recurring problem Stuart.
It doesn't effect everyone.
I get it frequently.
I find that the less traffic on the cluster, the more likely that the
connection will fail.
One the connection with the cluster node fails, my system goes to almost
100% cpu use.
It's as if my computer is trying to reconnect.
A keep alive message doesn't help, or if it does, very little.
My other programs, such as Writelog never experience this cpu takeover.
I'm running XP PRO. but I experienced it with win98se also.
On different computers, different types of processors/motherboards but all
with same cable broadband system.
As I run Seti@home in the background as a service, the cpu takeover stalls
out Seti which has a low priority setting.
