[DXBase] rotate qsl card

Bill,

Yep - I agree with you!! I wud also like to be able to rotate the
whole thing at one time -- but, that is not possible with the
label designer module. Like you said, the SLOW method is the
only way -- I even took the time (once) to take a 3-layer QSL
card and remake it with the K9DD version - originally in the
"standard 4-up format" .. that was very time consuming!!
