[DXBase] Not Worked RTTY ?

AL,

Go to the main menu   / OUTPUT / HF Numeric Statistics / Countries

Then click-on the Radio button for DIGITAL  and   ALL  (assuming you
would like to see all bands) and then click-on the radio button
for Not Worked ... Compute List // then Print List ...

You will now have a listing of all countries (Digital) which have not
been worked.
