[DXBase] Com Port problems

Almost same setup here but using XP
Also using a Siig Dual Port card but set to com 5 & 6.
My rotor is a Sartek controller.
I had no problems with upgrade.
I'm suspicious of the com port or I/O addresses.
Check the System manager for the addresses and then check
the registry to see if they compare correctly.
It's a long shot but worth the check.
