[DXBase] Settings between 2003 and 2004

I have done similar. Modified various labels.
But what I did is renamed them i.e. W9OL 3QSO. LBL ETC.
So that way, I just copy/pasted the label files to the new directory.
Some produced a message asking if I wanted to save them in the new format.
I said yes and all was well.
