[DXBase] /MM validity

This is not an issue with Awards Output, Bill. I am doing "Initialize
Tables", which shows in the display window my G3/MM as invalid for DXCC,
but not the R1/MM. The "Valid" column in the log is not checked for
either entry. Weird.

Check the 'Valid' column box. Make sure that "Mixed or Mode" items are
