[DXBase] Summary Window - Always on Top

Can anyone let me know how to make the "Summary Window" Always on Top like 
the "Packet Transmit" window and "Previous QSO" window ??

Reason for this is that I normally have the VHF Packet window enlarged to 
full size and then will be able to see the really important info at the 
same time but in my case to the right hand side of the screen ie "Summary 
window", "Packet Transmit window" and "Previous Qso window".
