[DXBase] Telnet connection?

I know this has been on the reflector before, but I didn't need it then!

I don't seem to be able to connect to any clusters that are specified by an
IP address. If it's a normal URL it seems to work OK? Am I missing
something.

For example, to connect to K1TTT AR cluster I have in my hosts file:

161.77.0.10  #k1ttt

When I try to open a new internet window I get an error message it can't
connect. The IP address is correct and I can telnet into the cluster without
any problem. Just can't seem to get it from within DXbase.
