I use Plum envelopes and also plain white which are the same size straight
from DXBase.
I have set up a couple of 'labels' that if you select LABELS from the qsl
print options will print the addresses directly onto the envelopes.
The group includes a return envelope, a Stateside and a Foreign manager
envelope.

I'd be glad to send you the zip file that you unzip into the Labels
subdirectory of DXBase.
