[DXBase] Help Interface with Kenwood TS-440S

Need help configuring the computer and the software. Using the Kenwood 
IF-232C interface. Please give all parameters including the parity and stop 
bits and "hardware, X/on X/off" etc. 

What command do I use if I highlight a dx spot on the packet cluster to have 
the radio go to that frequency?
