[DXBase] Go to Freq xx.xxx from ClusterSpot

[FireBrick]

If you have the cluster window or the DX Info window open, a mouse click on
the icon in the Type column will 'jump' you rig to the listed frequency IF
you have your rig interfaced.
Clicking on a Cluster spot will only give you an updated Summary window.
You must click on the "Type" column box for that cluster spot.
