[DXBase] I had to reinstall DXBase 2001

Recently I had to reinstall DXBase 2001.  I used a recent back up of my
KN6OX.mdb file.  Now the log file no longer shows any of the QSLS or
QSLCFM.  I have initialized the tables.

When I run a DXCC report it shows the correct confirmed QSOs, so it seems
the information is there. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
