[DXBase] ADRXRF Report

It is much more useful to modify an address label to contain the CALL and
print on plain paper.  Sorted same order as everything else.

What is the ADRXRF report sorted on?  My 7 page report appears randomly
sorted, making it quite useless...  Did I do something wrong?
