[DXBase] DX-Base 03, CW Keying

Hi, I thought it'd be interesting to set up DX Base to do CW keying.
Spent several hrs this afternoon trying different settings and cannot
get
DX Base to key my rig, It reads freq's and logs into the logbook just
fine.
Rotor controls fine.

My setup:
Computer PII-400
Rig: IC-746

Rotor: Com1
Rig: Com3
RigBlaster: Com6

I've checked activate internal DX keyer and set port to 6.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
