[DXBase] New Report in followup - from Joe WA6AXE

To all on the reflector:

As a followup to the pervious report that I made for Ray,
I have made another version of that report - and with this
new report, you can look-backwards and at the same time
look-forward -- so that you can have an "All-Inclusive" set of
dates that YOU specify.

The file is available to be downloaded from that webpage.
I also have the instructions and photos to help (if needed)..
As with any of the files, you can modify the report file to meet
your own needs.
