[DXBase] DX Info window misses internet spots

Thanks to all for your quick responses. Jack, can you please shed some light 
into the process DXB uses to determine if a spot is a dupe? 

It would be nice if there was a user definable timer. 
Does the logic look at any changes in the spot such QSX?
Also a source filter would be cool too, to filter spots from outside NA for 
example.
