[DXBase] QSL info, Can this be done??

To all:

I have just sent Ray (via separate email attachment) a ZIP file
containing the User Designed List file that hopefully will take care of
his needs.. If it works out OK for him - and if other people can use
the same scenario - then I can post the file to my website..
