[DXBase] 7058/7232 Split in Cluster

It would be nice if DXBase used the transmit frequency automatically to =
obtain mode.  Is that an option I am missing?  Currently DXBase calls =
this a CW spot, thus alerts are wrong, and forces the mode to CW when =
logged.  What's the best way to handle it?
