[DXBase] Rigblaster for CW keying

I use a serial port and a simple circuit with a 2N2222A transistor and a
1KOhm resistor.
I can work with this small device and key my transceiver with al kinds of
programs but DXBase internal keyer won't do a thing.
Pitty ...
