[DXBase] Voice keyer in SSB

No.  Some folks use another software product ( not sure what ) that sends
.wav files.

Has dxbase 2003 some possibilities to run a voice keyer that plays recorded
wav files.
I used this a lot and like this idea.  It's like the cw keyer icon bar but
in SSB it is for voice.
