[DXBase] How to tell DXbase that 7Z1AC is now OK for DXCC by ARRL

Tom,

I'm embarrassed, but off the top of my head, I don't know how it knew, but
luckily it was right.. hihi....  I hate it when that happens.  Maybe
Courtney was drinking wine and did something to the tables I don't know
about.

But, in any case the guidance you got already should give you what you
wanted.
