[DXBase] "Main screen" help

I have been trying to duplicate the "Main Screen" displayed in the 
documentation.  I can't seem to drag the bottom two screens (one with "VHF 
Packet, Internet Packet, CW Line Out, CW Char Out") and the other with notes 
about callouts (i.e., "AA4LU *** No QSO") to their respective positions.  

Also, I don't plan to use VHF Packet.  Is there a reason to keep that window 
open?  I close it (using the verboten "X") and it returns when I restart the 
program.

Lots to learn!  As I get older, the learning curve just keeps getting steeper!
