[DXBase] anybody loose cw capability?

If you un installed 2002 AFTER you installed 2003, you probably lost cw and
rotor control (due to registry being deleted).
The only fix I know is to un install 2003 and then install it again.
Jack is aware of this problem. Same thing happened last year. They
apparently are having a problem with this issue. I'm not sure why more
folks are not experiencing this problem -- maybe they do not use cw and
rotor control functions.
