[DXBase] CQ DX

In the Output/Awards menu (Dxbase 2002) you can print QSO sheets 
for ARRL DXCC, CQ WPX, CQ WAZ, etc.  The form for the CQ DX award 
does not appear to be included.   Is that included in the Dxbase 
2003 version?    Is it a downloadable option?
