[DXBase] deleted iota's

It seems that for some reason there are 4 IOTA's that have been marked for 
deletion in the DXBase 2003 program.  This is a mistake...  These will be 
good until the year 2005.  Go into TOOLS, DATABASE ACCESS, IOTA, and then 
un delete the following IOTA's..  AF071, AS052, EU098, and EU154.
