[DXBase] feature that's worth the upgrade for me

As I have been trying to work/qsl all bands, I need to quickly see who I
have worked, who I have qsled, and who has ignored my qsl requests.

With 2003, I can hear a station on a band/mode that is not yet confirmed and
with a single mouse click get info on all the stations of that entity I
worked on that band/mode.

Saves working the same deadbeat again (I remember this for contests).
And also tells me if I forgot to qsl this entity/band/mode.

The DX Atlas with it's visual gray line is another great planning feature.

As always, your particular needs and operating style may dictate your
decision.
